Eko is a major Island in Lagos, Nigeria and “Sisi means lady. The artist Esther Alimson’s collection is a representation of the young fashionistas that adorn the fascinating Nigerian capital; a snippet of its essence. Using leftover fabrics from small tailor shops and okrikra(second hand clothing in Ibo) markets she collects in her hometown of Lagos, the artist creates one of a kind art.
